Co-op Bank has advertised vacancies for various positions as the lender strives to further enhance customer experience in line with its mission of balancing service offerings with operational agility.
In adverts placed on its social media handles, the Bank said it is seeking to hire a talented senior Human Resources Services Hub Lead, a seasoned UI/UX Designer and a qualified Information System Auditor.

Despite pivoting to a robust digital presence that ensures seamless activity supported by an industry-leading omni-channel platform, it has continued to expand its branch network across the country fortifying its reach in all regions to better serve its 9.4 million account holders.
According to its report covering the first six months of 2025, during which it recorded a profit before tax of Sh19.7 billion, the Bank’s branch network stood at 212 outlets, with 15 branches opened across Kenya.
Co-op Bank’s subsidiaries, Kingdom Bank and Co-op Bank of South Sudan also added new branches in Machakos and Wau, bringing their total number of outlets to 25 and five respectively.

Through Co-op Consultancy, the Bank also hires staff for Savings and Credit Co-operative Societies, which boast of 15 million members, with new openings currently available.
They include those of Manager, ICT Officer, Human Resource officer, Head of Front Office Service Activity, Business Development Manager, Head of Back Office Service Activity.
