Arrest warrant issued against Beatrice Gathoni Boro for defrauding goods worth Sh15million

The court has issued warrant of arrest against fugitive suspect wanted for defrauding a Thika based trader food supplies worth Sh15million.

The arrest warrant was issued against Beatrice Gathoni Boro after she jumped bail.

She is wanted by officers attached to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).

Fugitive suspect Beatrice Gathoni Boro wanted by Thika DCI officers for defrauding goods worth Sh15million.

She is implicated in a case of obtaining money by false pretences contrary to Section 313 of the Penal Code.

The accused was arraigned at Thika Law Courts in 2017 charged with defrauding a victim over Sh15 million in a food supply deal to a refugee camp in Kenya.
