However, it immediately evolved into chaos due to poor event management, resulting in overcrowding and delays, increasing frustration among the fans.

In the message addressed to her Kenyan followers, Waffles criticised the event organisers for a variety of concerns, including poor event management and abuse of her team and fans.

She described the occasion as one she had been looking forward to, but it rapidly became a disappointment.

“From sound issues even before my performance to my team being mishandled, this wasn’t something I expected at all.” She said.

The DJ was particularly offended by the treatment of her Kenyan fans by the police.

Attendees were reportedly pushed around, mistreated, and treated carelessly by the event’s organisers and security.

As tensions escalated, officials intervened, firing tear gas to disperse the agitated audience, forcing many concertgoers out of the venue.

Uncle Waffles emphasised that her top priority are the safety and well-being of her fans, noting that the crowd’s obviously uncomfortable and hazardous situation prevented her from finishing her show.

“You have let down the 10,000+ people who came out in support of this event. Kenya, I hope to see you again soon with a much better outcome. I love you guys so much.” She added.
