The police officer who allegedly defiled a girl at the Murang’a station was released on Sh400,000 bond on Wednesday.
Police constable Laban Maina was accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl at the station on September 30.
He faced a second count of committing an indecent act on a minor in a police cell.
The case will be mentioned on October 19 and heard on November 16.
