Decomposed bodies of two unidentified men recovered from Ngong River

Homicide detectives in Nairobi are investigating the circumstances under which two men whose lifeless bodies were recovered from Ngong River River near Mukuru Kayaba slums in Nairobi County.

The bodies have since been booked at the City Mortuary awaiting autopsy examination.

“The bodies were recovered yesterday but they are yet to be positively identified.” A source has told The Informer.

Area residents had alerted authorities of the bodies in the river. The fire response team visited the scene and retrieved the remains.

Police suspect the duo were killed elsewhere and their bodies dumped in the river.
