The six judges of the Supreme Court have unanimously dismissed two petitions challenging President Uhuru Kenyatta’s win on October 26 fresh presidential election.
In a summary judgement read by Chief Justice David Maraga, the judges said the two petitions, filed by former assistant minister Harun Mwau and another by Njonjo Mue and Khelef Khalifa, did not meet merit.
The full judgment will be delivered in 22 days, CJ Maraga said.
