Julius Mwithali the man who hang on CORD leader’s chopper has today been arraigned in Maua Law courts before Senior Resident Magistrate Anthony Munene.
Julius was represented by two lawyers Hosea Mutembei and Mugambi Kiogora who pleaded with the magistrate to release him on Bond or cash bail stating that he was the one taking care of his family that is his siblings and his mother who are crippled and his father is in jail.
It is alleged that their father is the one who caused the family being crippled and it is the reason why he is serving the jail term.
Mwithali was granted a bond of Ksh20,000 with surety of similar amount and a cash bail of Ksh 20,000.
The case will be mentioned on the 16th of July.
