The Supreme Court will give the full judgment on the August 8 presidential election petition on Wednesday.

The registrar said on Tuesday that the delivery will begin at 10am.

On September 1, Chief Justice David Maraga apologised for disappointing those who expected a full judgement on NASA’s petition.

This was the day when the court gave a historical verdict in Africa and the world by nullifying President Uhuru Kenyatta’s polls victory.

NASA candidate Raila Odinga went to the top court to challenge the results saying there were malpractices and that he did not lose fairly
