The Collective Bargaining Agreement signed between Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU) and the 47 county governments following the 100-day strike that ended in March has been registered today at Employment and Labour Relations Court in Nairobi.
KIMPDU officials presented the documents before Justice Nzioka Wamakau.
The CBA was signed by the two sides on July 6 this year in a process supervised by the Ministry of Labour.
