The Co-operative Bank of Kenya Diaspora Banking team led by Head Diaspora Banking Grace Kanya joined Labour Cabinet Secretary Dr. Alfred Mutua in a meeting with German Africa Business Association (Africa Verein) on partnership opportunities between Kenya and Germany regarding skilled labour.
Notably, the bank is keen to support Kenyans seeking opportunities in Germany with financial services back at home.
They held the forum in Hamburg, Germany where they joined Ambassador His Excellency Isaiya Kabira in a meeting with members of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce facilitated by the Honorary Consul, Dr. Jens Peter Breitengross.
The talks centered skilled employment opportunities for Kenyans in Germany.
“Co-op Bank is leading in facilitating Kenyans abroad access financial services efficiently as if they were at home in Kenya.” The bank said.
