The Co-operative stood out as the official sponsor of the just concluded weeklong Agro 2023-Biennial Conference and Exhibition held at the University of Nairobi dubbed ‘Harnessing Research in Agriculture and Environment for Sustainable Food Systems and Livelihoods’.
The conference had sixteen thematic areas.
“Co-operative Bank welcomes you to the Annual Faculty of Veterinary Medicine scientific conference from 25th-27th October at the University of Nairobi as the official sponsors.” The bank said.
During the conference, Co-op Bank’s Relationship Manager, Government and Public Sector Banking Betty Mugambi highlighted the role and inputs of the bank in the Agricultural sector at large.
Also present during the Annual Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Scientific conference was Fredrick Ahenda, Co-op bank’s Relationship Manager in charge of Agribusiness

The 1st Annual International Conference on Education Management, Policy and Curriculum Studies themed ‘Harnessing Research for Resilience and Sustainability of Communities Through Educational Management, Policy and Curriculum Innovations’.
The 2nd Annual Conference themed ‘Law and Sustainability: Navigating Challenges and Fostering Resilient Communities’.
The 2nd Annual Urban and Regional Planning Conference was held from 23rd-27th October,2023 and is themed ‘Strengthening Resilience Through Spatial Planning for Sustainable Development in Africa’.
The 4th Annual Conference on Online, Digital and Distance Education was themed ‘Understanding Online Blended and Distance Learning ecosystems in Changing Times’.
On October 24-25 ,2023, the 5th Annual Development Finance Conference 2023 was held with the theme being ‘Harnessing Research Finance for Resilience and Sustainability’.
Annual International Conference on Project Planning and Management themed ‘Resilience and Sustainability in Project Management’ was the fifth.
Others were; International Engineering Conference, Conference on the Status of African Women among others.
