A Kisumu based court has jailed a father from hell to life imprisonment for defiling his three years old daughter.
While delivering the ruling against the accused, John Ondera, Winam Law Courts Principal Magistrate, Chrispine Oruo said he relied on witnesses account and doctor’s medical report in delivering the verdict.
The prosecution led by Mwende Kavindu presented six witnesses to prove the case against the accused person.
The Principal Magistrate noted that he relied on several arguments to sentence the offender including his being a relative to the victim, the victim’s age, and the medical report from the doctor which he said informed the decision on the nature and duration of the sentence.
