A section of Jubilee leaders in Nakuru have lashed at Bomet governor Isaac Ruto claiming the leader was meddling with Nakuru county political affairs during his recent tours in various constituencies.

Jubilee women representative nominee for the August general election Liza Chelule accused the Bomet governor of reviving the Mau IDPs issues in order to portray the Jubilee government in bad light.

On Thursday last week, governor Ruto held a leaders meeting at Baraka College in Molo before flying to Kuresoi South and Kuresoi North constituencies where he addressed and donated foodstuff to both Mau evictees and those displaced to pave way for the construction of Itare dam.

The Chama cha Mashinani leader accused the government of unwillingness to settle over 1,278 families displaced from the dam who are now living in makeshift cold camps.
