Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua visited Presidential Escort officers who are recuperating at a Nairobi hospital after an accident.
Through his Facebook account, the DP said that the officers will be discharged in the next few days following a discussion with their doctor.
“Took time to visit officers of the Presidential Escort admitted in hospital after a road accident,” he said.
“I am happy they have made substantial progress and the doctors assured me of their discharge in the next few days. We celebrate our police officers for their patriotism and commitment,” he added.
The date and cause of the accident are yet to be known.
