Kenya has the long-term objective of transforming the country into a high-middle-income country by implementing Vision 2030 economic, social and political pillars.
While speaking in an exclusive interview with The Informer, the Kenyan ambassador to Sweden Her Excellency Diana Kiambuthi stated that the co-operation between Kenya and Sweden is focused on economic and trade diplomacy.
“In Sweden we are focused on economic and trade diplomacy to improve trade and investment between the two countries,” she said.

“Our key areas of co-operation are peace and security, trade and investment, environment and gender equality,” she said.
