The Environmental and Lands Court have issued an arrest warrant for the Director of B-Club over contempt of court.
The issuance of the arrest was after the residents of Kilimani had gone to court protesting over noise menace in the neighbourhood.
B-Club with others, including Kiza Restaurant & Lounge, Space Bar Lounge, and Explorers Traven, B-Club ignored a court order and continued operating.
The Kiliimani residents, led by Irungu Houghton, returned to court to see that the defiant director was arrested.
Justice Lucy Kimongoi ordered the arrest and asked the arresting arm of the government to ensure that the director was brought to court for sentencing.
B-Club appealed the decision to have the court order lifted but to no avail.
