Police are still perusing Zachary Nyaoga Obadia, a man who is still at large over the Forest Road sexual harassment saga.
Zachary was the mastermind of the incident and has been ordered by the DCI to surrender at the DCI headquarters or any nearest police station.
The search has intensified both in Nairobi and his Kisii rural home.
Apart from being a boda boda operator, Zachary a father of two also runs two ‘smookies’ and boiled eggs businesses in Hazina.
According to the clip that went viral showing the boda boda operators harassing the Zimbabwean National on Forest Road, Zachary is seen as the person who opened the door of the X-Trail the young lady was driving.
Zachary is registered in the Boda Boda Association to operate in Hazina.
Zimbabwean president, Emmerson Mnangagwa, is currently in the country for a diplomatic visit.
It is not clear if the incident formed part of the diplomatic talk with his counterpart President Uhuru Kenyatta.
In the previous months, Kenya has seen increased incidences involving motorcycle riders.
According to one of the local dailies, two weeks ago, an Egyptian diplomat was shot dead by two gunmen on a boda boda.
There has been pressure mounting on President Uhuru’s government to maintain sanity in the sector.
Currently, at least 16 people have already been arrested in connection to the sexual harassment incidence.
