Breakdown of Kenya Power systems has occasioned delays in generating prepaid power tokens and postpaid bill payment.
The national utility provider said in a statement that it is experiencing a technical issue and that customers should be patient.
“We would like to inform our customers that we are experiencing a technical hitch which is affecting prepaid token generation and postpaid payments,” it stated.
The power company further assured her customers that the technical team detected the problem and is working to restore regular services so that customers can access the impacted platforms as soon as possible.
“Currently normal services and restoration is in progress so that customers can access the affected platforms soon,” the statement said.
