A Bungoma gubernatorial aspirant now wants Ford Kenya party to refund him the money he had paid as nomination fee.
Stephen Mutoro who decamped from the party after its party leader Moses Wetang’ula endorsed a businessman Wycliffe Wangamati want his Sh 300,000 back.
Mutoro who is also the secretary general of Consumer Federation of Kenya said he wanted the money so that he may assist needy people in the county.
He decamped to Amani Natinal Congress after the party endorsed Wangamati as the best bet to unseat incumbent Kenneth Lusaka.
Mutoro blamed the Ford Kenya party for endorsing his opponent instead of leaving them to battle it in primaries.
