Magistrate Peter Muholi has today allowed DNA samples to be collected from former Matungu Member of Parliament the late Justus Murunga’s body.
The magistrate order comes after an application from each party to provide their own private pathologist at their own cost.
Wangui and her two children have been allowed to attend the burial and participate in the arrangements.
On Monday, Wangui claimed that Murunga had plans to settle with her and their two children and that they had already bought a piece in Karen and constructions were under way.
Murunga’s body will be released for burial on Saturday, or any other day the family will decide to bury.
