The country will know the total number of Kenyans registered in the just concluded Mass Voter Registration (MVR) exercise tomorrow even as the country’s electoral body opened up the voter registration exercise for Kenyans living abroad.

In its official twitter handle the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) said the total number of applicants enlisted in the exercise will be released tomorrow.

Read the tweet: “The mass voter registration is now over. Thank you to all those who took time to register. We release the total number of applicants tomorrow.”

The statement by the commission comes after the exercise came to an end on Sunday after a court ruling that saw the exercise extended from February 14 to 19.
