As voter registration exercise is approaching the end, politicians and church leaders within Nakuru County continued with the campaign across the county.
Led by Nakuru County Governor Kinuthia Mbugua the group traversed across the sub counties calling upon residents to come out in large numbers to register as voters.
Kinuthia, while speaking in Naivasha, said the only weapon which was left for all voters was just the voters card.
He said the time set for the registration was almost coming to an end and called upon the Nakuru residents to register so that they can make the county the leading in terms of number of voters.
The same sentiments were echoed by Jack Waihenya who is aspiring for the senate seat.
Waihenya stated that it was the only vote which could help in isolating brogue politicians during this campaign time.
He was speaking in Bahati where he conducted a door to door campaign.
