Kenya Power has announced disruption of ICT-based payments for postpaid customers for two days starting Friday at 6pm.
Chairman Ken Tarus said this follows the company’s planned maintenance of its ICT hardware. The system will be back on February 18 at 6am.
“During this period our banking halls and commercial offices will remain open for business enabling our customers to process their bill payments,” he said.
Tarus said that bill querying and processing of new application services will also be unavailable during the said period.
He said customers on the Prepaid platform will not be affected.
