Police have shot dead three suspected thugs in Kariobangi in a botched robbery at an electronic shop.
Two pistols were recovered from them.
During the shootout at 1 pm, one pedestrian was shot and wounded.
This increases to seven, the number of suspects killed in the city on Tuesday.
Four other thugs were killed in Kawangware and a motorcycle they had stolen recovered from them.
The four were cornered at Gatina area by police after they had allegedly attacked and robbed a motorcyclist while armed with knives.
Police say the men had been linked to a series of robberies in the area that also prompted the reaction.
The bodies were taken to City mortuary.
