Celebrations rocked Moi Girls’ High in Eldoret after the school emerged among the top in the just released KCSE exam results.
Education CS Fred Matiang’i released the results on Wednesday saying only 142 As were produced from 615,773 candidates.
Out of this, 70,073 candidates have attained university entry mean grade of C+.
Sharon Chepchumba, the second best performer in the country, is a Moi Girls student and scored 86.830.
Deputy principal Loice Karoney said the school also produced another student in the top ten, Sherry Wahome.
Wahome was the headgirl.
