Narok South voter, Abraham Kiplangat Mutai has moved to court to challenge inclusion of all presidential candidates in the October 26 repeat presidential polls.
The aggrieved voter, through lawyer Nelson Havi, lodged an urgent application before the Court of Appeal seeking to suspend the participation of the candidates pending the outcome of the appeal against the October 11 decision by High Court Judge John Mativo.
The appeal is filed against presidential contestant, Dr Ekuru Aukot, the IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati, Jubilee Party, ODM and the Attorney General.
