Embu youth are calling for generation change in the county leadership that will bring fresh ideas in terms of development in the county.
Speaking when he meet over 300 digital drivers in Embu town a youthful gubernatorial aspirant Leonard Muriuki urged the residents to vote in youthful leaders in all positions to bring changes.
Muriuki said youth have no boundaries based on clans and ethnicity vice that is fueled by the old leadership.
He said the political animosity that has been witnessed in the county for the past four years was geared by old leaders who divide the county in the ethnic lines.
He said youths across the board undergo the same challenges and they will harmonies the leadership if given a chance.
He called on the aspirants who have retired from their earlier employment to give a chance to the youths and be providing advisory roles.
Muriuki further urged the residents to preach peace in the county during this period of campaign.
