Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has shifted cabinet meetings to his home in Mua Hills, Machakos county for fear of his life.
This is after the government reduced his bodyguards from 15 to four. The first meeting was held yesterday.
The Star has today established that all the nine CECs have again trooped back to the governor’s home for another meeting.
Pictures of Sonko and his team at his home emerged shortly after the meeting.
A CEC told the Star that they were summoned to Machakos for a meeting on Sunday evening.
“We don’t know, but the governor asked us to be here,” he said.
